Dear Al Grout,
Wow! What a stupendous performance you gave us this afternoon at the Free Library of Springfield! You were wonderful! Everyone of every age loved your magic and your juggling, your jokes and your getting the children involved. I heard many complimentary comments from parents as they left today. You made it look so easy! Thank you again. It was a pleasure for us to have you.

Dear Al:
I apologize for taking so long for this letter, but I want you to know that I sincerely appreciate your excellent performances at the Market Place Mall in Bowie, Maryland, on March 19. The management agency, the merchants, and many audience members have also expressed their very positive reactions to your act and the entire day. Your exceptional juggling talent is a real crowd pleaser!
A bonus was the opportunity to visit with you and get to know you better. I wish that we had more time for this. I am looking forward to working with you again soon.
Many thanks!
All good wishes

Not once, but twice in two days, you have thrilled and mesmerized audiences here in Pottstown.
Your fast-paced, skillful, joke-filled act has made you a favorite of ours. We look forward to having you here again next summer!

To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Mr. All Grout about The All Grout Show. Al's performed at Orefield Middle School in May of 2007.
The juggling show performed was captivating to eight grade students. Al used humor and student volunteers to create a wonderful experience for our eighth grade students. Al's motivational message, hard work, and dedication are the keys to success and were well received by the students. Whenever over 400 students are in one place it is always a concern, but Al's approach to working with students during the show kept all students mesmerized. The kids had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the talents shared by Al. The fact that Al was a teacher also helps him relate well to students. He certainly has the pulse of middle school students and performs to the current student body's culture.
The All Grout Show is exciting, entertaining, and motivating. Students and staff alike requested that this be an annual show. We cannot wait until next year to see any new wrinkles in his program.Rodney R. Troutman

I would like you to know what an enjoyable experience it was to have you entertain our sixth grade students. Even after the performance was over, the students were still amazed at the tricks that you displayed. They liked participating in the program as well as watching it. I enjoyed the fact that you had a lesson behind your entertaining. Therefore, not only were they having fun, but learning as well. As a fellow educator, you know how valuable that is."

I am writing this note to thank you for putting on another amazing Juggling performance for the Springhouse students this year. Your show captivated everyone, students and staff. You were able to share practical, positive messages with our young students while making them laugh and allowing them to enjoy your act. This is no easy task nowadays, and you seem to do it naturally. I know you and your talents will have the same effect on the thousands of people you will entertain and teach in the future. Good luck with everything Al!"

To Whom It May Concern:
Please be advised that it is my pleasure to recommend Mr. Al Grout as a magician, juggler, and affective education mentor for a wide range of audiences.
My school has employed Mr. Grout for over a dozen years to perform at our annual environmental camping trip. At the end of a long day of classes we have had Mr. Grout perform his routines for- a group of 150+ fifth graders. In addition to the excellent juggling and magic tricks performed by him, we adults have-been particularly appreciative of the positive character traits he would weave unobtrusively throughout his performance - dedication, hard work, perseverance, etc.
Again I would like to strongly recommend Mr. Grout as a performer for a wide range of audiences. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 570-251-3068.Thomas H. Kennedy
